Zillertal "Krapfen" (Doughnuts)
Very
typical in our holiday region of Zillertal. The so-called Zillertal
Krapfen are fine doughnuts made from pasta dough and are filled with
potato and Tyrolean grey cheese then fried in fat.
They can be
found at festivals in the region and also at Hotel Tuxertal are freshly
conjured up by head chef Evi again and again …

Schnapps from Tyrol
In
farmer's small distilleries this special delicacy is produced for your
pleasure and distilled twice. Our regional schnapps is produced using
100% fruit, it isn't stretched with external alcohol, and has no extra
sugar or flavours!
