Zillertal "Krapfen" (Doughnuts)

Very typical in our holiday region of Zillertal. The so-called Zillertal Krapfen are fine doughnuts made from pasta dough and are filled with potato and Tyrolean grey cheese then fried in fat.

In farmer's small distilleries this special delicacy is produced for your pleasure and distilled twice. Our regional schnapps is produced using 100% fruit, it isn't stretched with external alcohol, and has no extra sugar or flavours!
