The Small Print

• Deposit: In order to be able to secure your booking, we request that you confirm your booking in writing and pay a €200 deposit per booked room. We require this amount to be paid at the latest 14 days after making your booking. Otherwise we may reallocate the room to somebody else. • On your day of arrival your room will be ready after 15:00, on the day of departure you are required to vacate your room by 10:00.
• Single occupancy fee: €19 per night
• Children in their parent's room: up to the age of two are free, from 3 - 5 years old a 70 % reduction applies, from 6 -12 a 50% reduction, and from 13 -16 a 30% reduction
• Early departure: You will be charged for the room for 3 nights.
• The hotel bill can be paid in cash, with Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards
• Cancellation: Up to 3 months before arrival - free. For cancellations on shorter notice you will be charged 70% to 100% of the bill. The General Austrian Hotel Association rules apply. Cancellations are generally only accepted in written form. Tip: Take out travel cancellation insurance with an insurance company you trust.
• We will gladly send you any forgotten items by payment on delivery post.
• On publication of the new price list all previous prices lose their validity.
• Printing errors excepted and offers subject to change.
